LF Top and ADC mains for ranked teams

My team is looking for a Top lane main and an ADC main, who are Plat+ We're working on putting together a group of people that will work well together an communicate, in order to try to reach a common goal and climb to hopefully diamond in ranked teams. We want someone who can adapt and change in order to better themselves.

Role: Top main Location(Timezone): Central U.S. Rank: gold 5 in ranked teams but i dont solo que Schedule of Availability: Every day Strengths(Don't try to impress, tell the truth): can catch up easily from behind and can roam effectively as most champions top. Also play a killer Nasus top. Weaknesses(Don't try to impress, tell the truth): CS post 25 minutes isnt as strong as it could be. Forms of communication: Skype mumble teamspeak or anything. Why we should use you for the team: Dedicated to working hard in whatever way I can.
