I'm looking for help making champion concepts

Alright, first off, I know this may not be the best place to look for people to help with concepts, but the description of these boards say you can use them to find a new community to play with, so I'm posting this here. Second off, hi. I'm TheGreatJRC, a Silver/Bronze player who's looking for some people to help me make champion concepts. I am specifically asking for: Somebody to help with artwork Somebody to help with quotes Somebody to help with base damage, cooldowns, mana costs, etc. I'm still accepting help even if you don't want to do any of these things.
