Ranked 5's for sliver+

I'm creating a ranked team for sliver and up, if you wanna play then you're going to have to have some basic requirements.

1. Be able to use curse voice

2. Be able to play a fair mount, we will set up a schedule once the full team is settled

3. Just have a fun time and don't be a douche, in the end it's just a video game.
