Plat 1 Mid/Jungle looking for a ranked 5's team preferably all plat 3+ if not diamond

Hi, I'm looking for a serious, plays all the time to get better ranked 5's team. I want to play every game at maximum potential and I think the best way to do that is to play with people at your own skill level. If I play with people too much lower in skill than me there seems to be a lack of knowledge on their part and vice versa with myself with very good players. I use skype and curse voice and live in the MST time zone. I'm usually on after 8 p.m. my time and on early in the day at like 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. I currently have a very weird sleep schedule of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In the mid lane I play Ahri, Fizz, and Karma and in the jungle I play Shyvanna, Lee and Nidalee. I talk more than the average person and am very easy to socialize with. My weaknesses are my strong will and my argumentative personality. In all of my experience of ranked 5's I much prefer not being the shot caller but rather just another person feeding constant information. If you would like me to tryout that's fine but I would prefer if you decided after more than 1 game, although I maintain a good skill level in most of my games everyone has a bad game every now and then, I would say I have a bad game every 1 in 5 games.
