I just want to let you know that there are a few ways that are generally much more effective to learn the game than having someone 'tutor' you:

  1. Just play the game It's just like trying to learn an instrument or a sport: someone can teach you the rules but it's ultimately up to you to practice as much as you can.
  2. Watch replays of your games (especially ones that you feel you did well in but lost) It's easier to see your mistakes when you're seeing from a spectator position. And don't try to make excuses for the mistakes you make - you won't improve that way.
  3. Watch streams/videos of how higher level people play (and no, I don't mean clickbait stream highlight videos) There are a million educational videos on youtube on pretty much everything about the game - from CSing, to minion management, to map pressure, to champion matchups, and everything in between. There are also many streamers who make an effort to communicate with their chat and answer and discuss any questions they may have (I still regularly watch Scarra for this).

While having someone to teach you can be helpful, someone can't really tutor you in the middle of the game. As a beginner, there are probably a million small mistakes you make that would be impossible to all point out. But a lot of them will smooth out simply from playing more.
