Need carry out of silver

Im silver 5. 0 LP because every game i play. im with bronze 4 ppl and others who dont know how to focus/not go in every 5 seconds and get the team killed. look at my match history, its almost all positive. Now, im not the person who blames the team... i try to keep everyone calm becasue i also make mistakes. we are all human. but i would like someone to duo or carry out of silver please.
