Creating Long Term Ranked Team - Reciting Gold 5+

The purpose of the team is to create a 5 man dedicated roaster that can work together and build synergy and improve as a whole. The team will only be recruiting players who can communicate well and are positive as a base line. There is also a zero tolerance to cursing. Only apply if you are willing to dedicate time to this team as we will be practicing between 5-9pm est almost every weekday)

Basic Criteria: -Can communicated well -Zero tolerance to cursing -Positive attitude and mindset -Ability to be coached Ability to shot call objectives and fights -Motivated to play League Of Legends -Ability to use YouTube/Internet to learn champions, learn how to play macro game and when to take objectives. -Ability to work with the team and can listen to shot caller's call -Can listen to leader of team on what champs to pick and what kind of comp we are playing

More in depth criteria for each role:

TOP:

  • Looking for player who can get a minimum of 65cs by 10 min on average (pref 80)
  • Can communicate with team to set up TP plays
  • Enjoys playing tanks as well as fighters (if you do not like playing tanks DO NOT APPLY)
  • Can freeze wave and knows when to push waves in and when to let enemy laner push
  • Can hold the lane
  • Wont get caught farming waves without vision
  • Knows how to ward river so you dont die in lane (basics)
  • Understanding of when objectives should be taking and communicating with team to set up around that objective (tower or dragon/baron)

JG:

  • Can communicate with team to set up ganks
  • And can abuse a lane when sums are down
  • Can set up objectives and has an understanding of when to take dragons and barons in the game
  • Can clear the jungle efficiently
  • Knows how to invalid the enemy jungle and when NOT to
  • Can play tanks and fighters

MID: -Looking for player who can get a minimum of 80cs by 10 min on average
-Can communicate with team when to engage fights

  • Ability to set up ganks
  • Can freeze wave and knows when to push waves in and when to let enemy laner push
  • Can hold the lane
  • Knows how to ward river so you dont die in lane (basics)
  • Understanding of when objectives should be taking and communicating with team to set up around that objective (tower or dragon/baron)
  • can play Orianna, Vik, Ahri, and mages with wave clear and cc in kit

ADC:

  • Can CS well (80cs 10 min would be nice)
  • Can communicate with the team
  • Can kite well in fights
  • Knows how to use QSS well :)
  • Wont get caught farming waves without vision Champs: Cait, twitch, kog, jinx, trist (hyper carries but pref cait)

SUP:

  • Can communicate well with team
  • Is proactive with warding
  • Can peel carries well
  • Can help set up objectives
  • Can figure out when sums are down and can let team know Champs: Tanks (leo thresh naut) and peelers (lulu, janna, karma)

I'm relatively new to the game ( last seasonish ) but my SO is diamond 1 and has been teaching me a lot, especially in game shot calling and theory shizz. Why would you like to join this team: ^as stated above I've had practice with higher level players, but i'd like to buckle down with a team and grow out from there at my skill level right now. How are you going to make this team a better team? What do you bring to the team that will benefit the whole team? I'd like to say positive attitude and the mindset to move forward past mistakes and bad games, and move on with criticism and respect for teammates. I'd like to consider myself a pretty strong in game leader and shot caller, one that a team wouldn't be afraid to be behind.

I like to be positive about the game and, even win losing, try to trust our champions will scale and we can hold down our fort. I'd like to say this is one of my stronger points, to be honest. How are you going to make this team a better team? What do you bring to the team that will benefit the whole team? I'd say my ability to be an amazing split pusher top lane. I'm an absolute pressure magnet and usually come out ahead in lane. My support is great for peeling, my top favorite aspect of it has to be how I can get a carry so stupidly fed and how I can peel for that individual so they hardly ever die.

  15. Why would you like to join this team: I would like to join a team to learn and improve my games. I don't care if its team b or c I need to improve my gameplay and being on a team helps, coaches higher elo supports to watch and learn what and when they do things helps me improve.

I am driven, I want to make it higher in ranked and hopefully pro one day, I am in it to prove certain people wrong and for personal reasons. I like to hold teammates accountable but never put the blame on them, I want to push my teammates to become a lot better along with myself. Growing up playing sports your teammates are another family.

I enjoy that a lot more then solo que. The thrill of winning is a lot better with a couple guys one communications and a lot funner How are you going to make this team a better team? More often then not I win my lane and do a good job roaming to other lanes to help my push my advantage.

I was in the Military but I'm humble, kind, non-judgmental and I will help my teammates when it comes to getting better with constructive criticism and just straight humor. I'll be helping myself get back to that "Diamond" level of play individually as well as helping out the rest of the players on the team. I'm not an asshole, and I love being chill. One thing that throws my game play off is when I'm teammates fight and over communicate with stuff that doesn't matter. I'd like to help the team learn it's strengths and weaknesses, while at the same time being able to have fun, grow as a unit and just embracing League by the day.

P.S. I stream so if you want this team to become very known hopefully in the future (once I get enough views/subscribers LOL) it can happen, God willing.
