Creating Ranked Team

Hey everyone, just a disclaimer, I have a main account that is Gold, not trollin' you with an unranked account haha. Just due to the amount of spam bots that try to add me when I make a post, I'll only give my main account username to the official team members upon choosing them.

Background Just some quick background on what I'm looking for; the term "hunger" is used quite often when looking for talented young players. I will be basing my players off a few main things but the biggest two are hunger and personality. You need to have the desire to beat everyone and have high goals; but also fit the team and have a motivation to learn and try new things for the team. I will still look at skill a bit, good English is a MUST.

Requirements

• You must be 15+
• Have a working mic
• Use Curse Voice + Skype (Curse for in game chat and Skype for team messaging)
• Can use English well
• Level 30 and ranked this season (Bronze-Challenger basically)
• Be able to dedicate 4-5 days a week with 2-4 hours each session to the team. This will vary each week.

To give you a quick idea on what the schedule could be like; I tend to work evenings so a lot of practices may end up being something like; 9AM-12 EST on the days I work, on the days I don't, probably around 6:30PM EST till whenever. I usually have 2-3 days off a week and Sundays I'm off early so we can avoid the early morning practices if everyone wishes so.

I won't be looking for high ranked players because as I said, I will prioritize hunger and personality over skill. I've played on teams that consisted of Gold and under that beat Diamond teams. If you have the team work, surprisingly you can pull out a lot of unexpected plays.
