Looking to Recruit Team Members For Ranked Team (Around Gold)

Hello all, I am hoping to create a new ranked team. Must have a mic and curse or skype, have stable internet and computer, and at least act over 16. I am hoping practice will be most weekdays from about 8 - 10 PST and maybe 7 - 11 PST on weekends, but happy to change the times if need be.
