Creating ranked team

Hey there, Im DontKillMePolice, but friends call me _Police _ or by my name, Karim, Im gold player since season 3 and Im searching a team to play ranked in the new S6 ranked system. I know that is not released yet, but I want to make a team where we synergyse, so id like to train up to June before we start to rank, but i have some lineaments for the people who would like to play with me, we are searching for 7 people (We are already 2, and the max. for a team is 9 members) and we look for this:

• If you are friendly, even if we are losing, we want to have a good time, so we don't flame each other, then continue reading,

• Like to make jokes and are flexible, so we can make jokes of polemic topics like religion or politics, knowing that we don't want to really offend no one, then keep going;

• Want to go serious with the game and you just don't see it like "Just a Game" (Always without going flame), then read the next line;

• If you love to teamwork and you are not a solo player with the mind "The game depends on me", then you are perfect for us.

_In a relationship there's no a me or you, there's an us _

• If you want to learn more about mechanics and even try (sometimes) new things that "break the meta" to bring them to ranked, then you are perfect.

• Be at least silver rank in S5* (Read bellow if you are bronze or unraked).

• Play, willing to play or at least know how to play all roles.

• Familiar with skype, curse, teamspeak or any online calling service.

• Good internet connection (To avoid AFKing).

• Ping less than 150 (Don't worry if sometimes you get spikes up to 2000 ping, it happens to all, this ping limit we have is for the most of the games).

• Be able to play at least 4 games a week, plus 6 games at weekend (Not rankeds, those are for trainning until June).

We want to make a team that is really a team, with synergy and friendship so we can lose a game without getting mad with each other, or win games without saying "all thanks to me, report noob team, I carried". To join the team, we should play a few games to test the synergy and the communication in the team.

If you flame, rage or help the other team intentionally, you will be kicked of the group, we want to have fun while taking this as a sportlike activity (Sportlike because of teamwork and discipline)

*The reason why id like to make a rank "exclusive" group, is because in bronze you still have a low knowing in the mechanics or decision taking in game, this is not absolute but is a reference to start with, because even in gold we can take bad decisions or don't know the mechanics of a lot of champions, which ends leading to rage and flaming, but is not as often as in the Bronze rank; that doesn't mean we wont take the bronze players, it just means that we will test them a bit more than the others before making him part of the team, so if a bronze, or even unraked player shows the willing to learn and synegryse with us, without flaming or any kind of miss behaviour, then we will take it over a Solo top flaming riven Diamond player with a 100% win rate but unfriendly (Just to give an example).
