1/2 hour of power looking for bronze dynamic Que slightly better than average players.

Hey guys and or girls, I'm looking to put a group together that is dedicated to climbing out of bronze ELO! I know many of you are like me and are probably actually pretty decent league players but not quite good enough to carry game after game. I have been a silver player every year and it seems like the elo climb is getting worse as each season passes. With the introduction of dynamic que a group of players who know their roles and are communicating on voice chat should easily have the upper hand in pretty much every bronze teir game. My vision is to be able to log on and confidently que up with people that know how to play their champs.

With all that said there are just a few stipulations for joining.

1.) Be nice, no raging.. everyone has an off game 1b.) This is a group for climbing tiers AKA winning, if you are toxic, flaming or just not good at your role over time (trust me you'll have your chances) you will be removed from the club. 2.) I ask that you have curse chat for obvious reasons. 3.) I prefer that you are good at at least 2 roles as well as 2 champs to each role. I think a near 50% win rate or above with 3.0 KDA is a minimum requirement I will be looking for on your individual champs/roles you present to me. The win rate I'm not overly concerned about but the KDA tells me you a.) aren't a feeder and b.) somewhat know how to play your champ.

I also realize that your second preference isn't your best, cause ...well it isn't mine either.
