New Team LFM

Hi guys, My Name is Marcos, I Am The Captain of my team and i am currently LFM players. My team is placed in Bronze 4 but I know we can climb very easily.
I am the Main ADC but i can play mid/Jungle if need be. I am tired of my teammates bailing on me everyday so i am looking for people who play as much as i do.
