Looking For Dynamic Q Team!?

Okay, so I'm officially done with playing with a bunch of randoms that seem to always play their worst when I'm with them. Or get totally destroyed in every lane but mine. With that said, I'm looking for a bunch of Ranked players that want to create a dedicated Dynamic Q team. This team can consist of wayyy more than 5 palyers. Because lets be realistic, as much as we say we'll be dedicated to play every day. There are just some days we can't :) (which is fine!) So I'd like to group more than 5 players for this. This way if one of us is absence, the majority of us can still play with our team every day!

Requirements: MUST have been PLATINUM in season 5 MUST have a positive attitude. We all lose sometimes. Get used to it. MUST cooperate.

Basically, I want a team that can fight against the communities toxicness and be completely positive well winning ranked games on the side. I'd also like to use a chat source. My whole goal of this is to climb back to my ELO from last season, and continue climbing even more WHILE being completely positive. I feel that if a whole team can be completely positive, we can win definitely more games.
