ADC looking for serious team.

I'm looking for a serious team that actually understands League of Legends and how team play is supposed to work. I'm in bronze, so I know everyone's obviously not going to take me seriously because, well, most bronze players are completely incompetent, but hear me out. I'm not saying I could play at a Diamond level or anything but I do believe I could compete at high silver/low gold. I placed Silver 3 last season after taking a long two year break from the game, and needless to say, I'm way better now than I was last season. Obviously I still need a lot of improvement, but I feel like actually playing with a team would help tremendously. I just want to learn. I was in a semi-serious team back in season 2, so I do have some 5's experience. I basically want to experience actual team play again, I miss it. The only thing I didn't get to experience was tournaments. That's something I'm really interested in even if it is just a random tourney for RP. I do watch LCS, OGN etc when I can, so it would be nice to watch it with other people for a change.
So that's pretty much it for the thread, try me out if you're looking for a decent AD who's dedicated to improve, and willing to learn everything possible about League.
