LF Duo- Bronze to Gold or Ranked Team

I am looking for a Partner to get to gold. I was in Silver 5 but now in Bronze because I am getting placed in the worst teams with Flamers and Afkers way to much. I am looking for a partner to duo with to get to gold as soon as possible. I can do any roll, but if their is a good adc or support out their I'll bot with you since that lane is way to ez for me.

I am also looking for team to join or make in order to get that ward the 75 points one.
