Bronze ADC looking for a fun team for ranked play

Hello, I'm another person that is sick of the toxic play that I see in team builder. I would love to find a team that would like to work together to get better and have fun while we do it. I'm 100% open to constructive criticism.

Me: ADC primary as , also good with or top and jungle I'm decent as for mid and support. Mature gamer in my 30's, available most of the time on the weekends and nightly from 6-11:30pm EST.
