Ranked 5's team, GOLD level pref. serious/semi-serious

I've been on a few teams over the course of the last 2 seasons, if you want something done right do it yourself i guess. I have myself and 1 other so far, we are both gold skill level at least, so I will be looking for around gold level players so that we can grow and develop together. I am particular about the demeanor of the team, I want people who take the game seriously but not themselves too seriously. also i would prefer players above the age of 18, for maturity reasons, but that's subject to the individual.
