Ranked 5 v 5 Team recruitment

Hi, I'm looking for a few players to play serious ranked team 5 v 5 with. You must have these requirements:

1. Platinum+ Solo queue status.
2. A team player, because this is a TEAM game, although you may end up carrying some time.
3. A nice person, this is key to communicate and not go on tilt or cause your team mates to go on tilt. 4.Skype, or teamspeak, because the only thing that seperates 5 v 5 from solo queue is that you play with more communication and knowledge of your teammates. 5.Willing to take back, meaning if your being a jerk you can expect someone to be a jerk back.
