Looking to be in an LCS style Team!

Hey Summoners, I've been playing League since the Start of Season 6 and following the LCS at the same time. League has grown on me and so has the LCS, I follow the NA LCS religiously now and keep up to date to practically everything. Stats, roster, etc. I ended Season 6 at Bronze 3 and it was disappointing to me that I couldn't climb out of bronze. However at the end of Season 7, I almost managed to get to Gold 5, ending it at Silver 1. Well here I am now, trying to find a team to improve with and heighten my skills.
