Hello, my name is Taylor, and I am the manager for Magnus e-Sports, a new but serious team with high goals. We are currently looking for a starting Top laner and Support, as well as a sub or two.

We are a new team looking to compete in tournaments of various levels. There will be online tournaments and practices you will need to attend.

There are specific qualities I would like my players to have. If you want to be a part of this team, you will either need to have these qualities or be able to obtain them.

Players will be need to be able to communicate very efficiently, this will be the main thing I will be looking for. You will also need to be able to handle constructive criticism as I will be making sure coaches and myself are very blunt in order to improve the team as fast as possible. Players will need to be able to lead but also know when to follow directions. Lastly, I expect you to be dedicated, if you are not looking for a serious team, then this is not the application for you.

Position: Any Timezone: East Hours available for practice: Varied Why do you want to join this team: Looking for a team that plays regularly to achieve the highest it can. A reason I should accept you: Good communicater, can take criticism, can lead, very flexible in playing any champs/roles A reason I shouldn't accept you: I'm blunt with criticism and I'll tell you when you did something wrong/why. I'll also explain how to better the problem. This can quickly go south if people have the "high and mighty" mentality where they think they're always right and the fault was someone elses.

A reason I should accept you: I've had experiance playing in tournaments before. I'm willing to play what the team needs of me. I willing to do more than just practice with the team. I will put in the time to make sure i am seasoned and ready for practice. A reason I shouldn't accept you: My hours are pretty limited. I have a day job. My weekends are free though.

A reason I shouldn't accept you: I only can play 5 champs top lane and one of them is teemo. (It's a darn good teemo though)

Playstyle: All depending on my champ, my adc's champ, and our team comp

Strongest attributes: I am a very vocal support, i can effectively peel for ADC or any other player who needs it i also know the importance of warding and playing the map. I am also very easy to work with and can take all types of criticism !

Weakest attributes: Sometimes too vocal

Why would i want to be apart of the tournament team: Because i love the competitive edge of the game and would love to help us win some tournaments and see just how far we can go

Competitive Experience:I have been playing in semi serious teams for the last couple years (2 years)

Best time to reach me: After 4pm EST but after this week i will be on everyday as im done work for the summer this weekend so i will available ALL DAY EVERYDAY for the next couple of months
