Diamond 3 19lp Mid lane main looking for Diamond+ Serious Ranked Fives Team

Hello, my name is Ceemilly and basically what my title says im looking for a ranked team that is serious and that is willing to play at least 2 games every other day or at least 3 days a week. I am looking to grow with a team as well as a player to increase my team play and my individual play. Some strength and weaknesses i would like to discuss of mine Strengths: Timing summoner spells, Decent mechanics, game knowledge, staying even or slightly ahead, great mentality and always positive, wide champion pool. Weaknesses: Terrible shotcalling, late to follow roams if behind in game, cs lacks a bit in the later part of the game. Ive been actively working on my weaknesses, for example i go into custom twice a day and practice my csing for about 20 minutes into the game. i feel as if my shotcalling will always be off but it is something i am willing to work on. Following roams when im behind has always been a mental block for myself because i feel as if im vunerable to getting killed in the process but i am willing to work on that as well. My champion pool consists of: Ahri, Leblanc, Azir, Viktor, Cassiopeia, Veigar, Diana, Katarina, Lulu, Lux, Ryze, Twisted Fate, Vladimir, Ziggs, Xerath, Yasuo, and zed. My top 5 Would have to be in order: Cassiopeia, Viktor, Ahri, Azir, Yasuo.
