Wanting to get a few more members for 5v5/3v3 ranked games

we are currently setting up a team for ranked 5v5/3v3. So far the team consists of 5 "official" members who (for the majority) have been high gold-low plat, although i have been discussing with some people on my friends list about getting them to join (plats and masters). We plan to play whenever we can to improve ourselves either as a solo queue or team-work mentality. So far most of our members can play any role (to a degree) but the one's we are lacking on for reliability are ADC, and support.

Our main focus as of creating this team is to become better coordinated as a team, whilst hoping to climb the ladders/gain knowledge, and gain the rewards throughout the seasons. We will be using curse voice for our main communication method
