NA Serious Plat Flex Tourne Team LF Mid

Hello,

We are currently looking for a mid lane replacement for our flex team. We have been around 6 months together now, and are in tournament+scrims every week. We review replays in a constructive environment at the start of each practice as well. We want a player dedicated to improving their play and playing in a team environment. Requirements below:

1. You must be at least G5 in flex q. Unfortunately this is a requirement as we are all at least plat in flex q and thus need you to be G5 or we can't play with you. We are also all Plat in solo/duo and would like someone who is up to speed mechanically.

2. Practices are 5 nights a week, 8-11p or 7-10p CST. On Sunday each week we talk and discuss which days we need off for the following week in order for people to have a life outside of the game. Family and Work come before league.

3. Attitude and communication. Enough said, we want a vocal player with a good attitude. We do not want toxicity, and we have a shot caller, but we need someone in the mid who will give the correct information when they need to, and meshes well with the team.

Try outs are this weekend.
