Looking to start ranked team. Need all but support but am flexible with the right fit. Please provide:

IGN: Hotblonc Time Zone: EST Role: Jungle/Support Top 3 Champs: JG(Sion, Xin Zhao) Support(Blitzcrank) Current Ranking: Silver IV 5's EXP: Had a ranked team that got ruined because we had an incredibly inexperienced top laner and an ADC that focused on others' faults and not his. Willing to take direction: Most definitely.

I have RL friends i play with...but nothing serious Willing to take direction: Totally (need to get better anyway)
IGN: laceup23 Time Zone: EST Role: Mid and top are best. Can jungle and support pretty well. ADC is worst role, but given the fact that at lower elos you never get a person that wants to support (only last picks that are forced into it) my opinion of adc is a bit skewed. Top 3 Champs: Fiddles, Fiddles, Fiddles. I can also play others, but if he is open, I will take him xD Current Ranking: Gold 5 5's EXP: None. I want to play on teams, though. Willing to take direction: Teamwork wins games over 1 person trying to carry.

IGN: YoungFishFillet Usa-central Role: jg, top, support, mid, adc (in tht order) Top three champs: I play most champion I own well but I guess trundle, mokai, and hecarim) I am bronze 1 but I was silver 3 a couple months ago because I let my little brother play on my acount while I was away so I got demoted all the way. exp: no ranked 5s team but I would love to join one Willing to take Direction: yes. Whatever it takes win and win some more. I am a true team player but I play to win while having fun.

Role: ADC, Top, JG, Supp. Most comfortable on ADC and Top, can play JG decently well, comfortable enough to support.
Top 3 Champs: Lucian (Haven't played since Bronze III much improved in normals), Kog Maw, Tristana. Maokai, Mundo, Nasus. Best overall champs are Moakai (21-11 between top and jg) and Yi (13-6)
Current Ranking: Silver V (Placed into Bronze 1, played horribly through my first 65ish games (like 20 or 25 wins to 40 losses) and dropped to bronze 3, recently climbed back to Silver V)
5's EXP: None to date, would like to get into games where there is cooperation though.
Willing to take direction: Absolutely 100% willing to take direction.
