Mid/Top and Jungle/ADC Duo Looking for a Team

I'm a mid main and I play Ekko, Kassadin, Katarina, and Taliyah. I'm working on my yasuo currently to learn mid lane as well. I can also play top with Poppy, Fiora, Camille, Jayce and Kennen. My duo is 2Kappa4u and he's a jungle main. He plays Lee Sin, Gragas, Zac and Nocturne. As ADC he can play Corki, Lucian, Twitch, Misfortune and Varus.
