Need Jungle Duo (Diamond 5)

I win lane 90% of the time and push nonstop in lane. This is mostly because I don't care and I'm tired of winning my lane so hard and my teammates feeding so I just push nonstop and win my lane crazy hard and then continually get ganked by their jungler. I've had plenty of junglers camp me for the counter ganks and we always end up winning and basically the game is over at 15 minutes because of how far ahead both of us get. I need an early game jungler that can counter gank their jungler when they come to gank me. I win lane probably more than 95% of the time and dominate late at least 90% and their jungler camps me every game because of it so it's easy as crap to counter gank + i can almost 1v2 most of the time.
