SII ADC/MID Putting together Flex team!

Hey there!

So I'm looking to put together a consistent team that can play Flex Queue together. I'm SII right now, so it will probably work best if you're around that rank, though I'm not too picky. My main requirement is that you're not a dick. If we queue up together, we're going to lose some of the games we play. I can handle losing but I have patience for listening to someone whine while we're doing it. If you're around my rank, you've lost plenty. Get over it.

That said, it would be great to get better doing this. Just try to be constructive, yeah?
