Looking for bronze to play ranked with that are good
I know Im bronze 5 but its because I always get a bad team so if anyone that is good wants to play ranked send me a friend request on League I am currently looking for all lanes except Top

You're bronze 5 because you ALWAYS get a bad team. Totally understandable.
Looking for a good player won't help since you're not so good yourself. Other wise you will always rely on looking for good players to give you a little boost.
I think it's time to look at the reasoning behind your rank from a different perspective. I'll give you a clue. It's vice versa to your current reasoning.
