Experienced player looking to coach a serious team! PLEASE READ
Hi guys I've been playing league for a long time and I am interested in coaching a serious team to help them improve. This would of course be free since I am knew to coaching and don't have any real experience besides having coached some individual players in the past.
Requirements for me to consider coaching your team: -Silver+ in the ranked 5s latter. -Preferably gold+ as far as individual rating goes. -A serious atmosphere when I'm trying to coach you and while you're practicing. -Players that are able to take criticism and not get upset. This is probably the most important requirement that I ask for. I'm completely open to discuss with you your opinion vs my opinion however if I say something and you completely dismiss it because you think your opinion is 100% correct in the situation then don't bother asking me to coach. Be able to discuss why you think I'm wrong or why you think I'm right. I will do the same for your opinions.
Some of these requirements I won't be strictly enforcing such as the rating requirements they're more just preferences. Just understand that I'm trying to help as many people as I can and higher rated teams and players will take priority over lower tier teams and players.
Unless you are a high diamond with potential of maybe even reaching challenger level in ranked 5s I am in school and also still plan to play the game at a competitive level so understand that I will not be devoting 100% of my time spent on league of legends on your team. Until I find a team that is high rated that I think has a lot of potential I will not be devoting all my time to one team. I would like to help as many teams as I can manage.
I'm looking to coach an established team that plans/is going to be a serious team with the overall goal of competing in tournaments and climbing high in the ranked 5s latter. When I say established I don't mean you have to have been a team for a long time all I ask is that you have a complete roster that shouldn't change unless it's due to unexpected circumstances. If you're still working on getting a team together but are interested in my services feel free to contact me to let me know you're interested just understand until the above requirements are satisfied I won't actually be doing any coaching.

Here is some information about my self
I am a Challenger ADC on Latin America and my smurf is about to hit diamond on NA. However before I transferred my main to LAN it was Diamond 4 almost 3. I have been playing the game since season 1 so I have a lot of knowledge about the game. I have a lot of tourni experience on the player side having won go4lols and other tounis amounting to winning over $200 for each player on my team. I've played against Challenger teams such as Lyon Gaming which went to dreamhack during I believe winter of last year (2013-2014) but I'm exactly sure.
