Rank 1 Challenger team (Blue Milk) looking for dedicated coach

Blue Milk is a sponsored League of Legends organization that competes in various tournaments and ultimately wants to compete in Open Qualifiers. Our roster is looking for a coach to help guide our team in the right direction.

Our current roster reached rank 1 challenger on the fives ladder recently and practices almost daily. Our roster is as follows

We are looking for someone who is organized, has a strong ability to guide and work with others, previous experience, and a very strong understanding of the game.

We expect you to formulate gameplans for tournaments, pick/ban strategies, help the team with VoD reviews, and lead discussions on how the players can improve on a team AND individual basis. You will not be doing any tedious jobs such as finding scrims or rounding up players for practice, as our manager can handle that.

Lastly, our organization has various small-time sponsorships and this will be a paid position. We are taking serious requests only.
