Looking for a ranked team

I've been in solo queue and duo with a lot of toxic, unhelpful, simple minded, afk, assholes, and trolls. I've been trying to get some people to do ranked 5v5 with me especially active people. I'm in bronze hell, but i also carry the mess out of my games when my team cooperates. I play this game at every chance i get. Hoping to get some people who are able to do any role, players who never quit, and also the players who know how to play the game, i swear some people in this game don't even understand that at some point in the game you can't roam by yourself.
