3 players looking for a team/org to just rank up in

Me and 2 buddies of mine are coming back. We've been playing since season 1 and we just want to get on with a team or organization and rank up semi casual. We've all peaked in Gold in season 3 but just have really been playing casual games since. We finally want to make a step and see if we had a team what we could do. We're all at work most of the day so we normally get on around 6 or 7 CST.
