Looking for a team ( Sub position ) Gold +

I've been wanting to get back into the competitive scene for a while, despite me not having enough knowledge or time due to my priorities I'd love to be a sub for any team ( Gold + ). My time is limit yet can be there for important matters ( scrims , tournaments etc ). I can play any role, I'm mediocre at all but I still need a hell of a lot more improvement. I'm up for any criticism and always want to Improve my gameplay.
