Plat 4/3 adc main looking for duo/Help getting better.

As you can see I'm a mid plat adc main and I've been losing alot more games recently. I was looking for someone to duo with who can also help me learn and grow as a player. I've come a long way from when I first started as a bronze 5 support main and am ready to learn. I ask who ever helps me has curse/skype or pretty much any form of voice chat and be equal or higher rank than I with good shot calling abilities.
