Looking for Bronze-Silver ADC to duo with

Hey all, my name is ChaosYT. I am a Bronze 5 support main player, with the only reason being that I started doing ranked right at lv 30. On my ranked team, I have had numerous players say "You hit too many snares for Bronze" or "You should at least be silver". Well, now I've decided to actually try to climb to silver so people don't judge me by my Elo. This is my main league scedule: (Central Time USA) Monday-1 game at 545 Tuesday: 310-630 approximately, some days later Wednesday-rarely have a chance to play Thursday-310-530 usually Friday: 310 until I go out with friends Saturday/Sunday-On and Off
