Looking for a beginner team

im lvl 21, and playing with rando's isnt teaching me much, i want to be able to learn how to communicate well and work in a team. Mic's are wanted, same with teamspeak. I main top lane, but can also mid and supp, and i am mostly available to play from 12-4pm mountain time or after 11pm mountain time, although i do have a pretty open schedule
