I am considering coaching and managing a team at a highly competitive level.

NACS and LCS are the goals, and I am fully aware of the player stipend as well as all other regulations required of organizations.

I would be open to assuming the position over a current group of players, or assembling a team. But I can't stress enough, be talented and ambitious.

If you guys put in the work, i'll hold up my end and clear a path for you.

I primarily have experience managing people in a professional work environment, and have 3 years experience in live entertainment game balance and IP creation.

I would not be interested in a team that isn't capable of performing at the LCS level. Once able, I would quickly look to find a coach and analyst that could propel the team forward while I continue managing the team, brand, and support staff.

My initial responsibilities would include:

coaching analysis scheduling branding promotion scouting teams and events networking website development correspondence organizational development

There will be a contract for finalized players in regards to team earnings, attitude, culture, attendance, and consistency.
