Experienced Coach Lf team

Hey there everyone. I just graduated law school and now have some time to manage/coach a team. Im only looking for an established and serious team that is looking to improve. the players should be able to take criticism and advice and be open to ideas.

I have been playing since S1 and have a great understanding of team dynamics and gameplay. I am a plat player who knows how to play every role so individual player coaching will occur as well. I have alot of little tips and tricks that many people do not use, ways in which to use the map and surroundings when invading etc.

Our tournament team has been looking for a coach, we use teamspeak and are a pretty good team but a coach would probably push us to being the best in the tournament. Hi, I currently own a team of high platinum-low diamond players who practice 4-5 times a week and are very dedicated to winning tournaments/raising soloq ranking. This team has been together for 6 months so you don't have to worry about the team falling apart due to any roster swaps/arguments. I would love your help in improving the team as we consistently beat teams of our level but struggle vs master tier/challenger level competition.
