Experienced Manager Looking For Teams

Hello summoners,

I am a manager looking for competitive teams.

Resume:

High School and College Student Government President.

Managed a retail store. Hired, fired, trained, coached and supported all store employees.

Have trained/coached in other professional settings such as banks, telemarketing companies and Student Government.

I have worked with an organization (Hi-Fi Gaming) where I lead all League related matters. I have spent the last month and a half managing the teams there. I interviewed and scouted all applicants. I have done the same for the coaches/analysts. I also negotiated with established teams to bring them into the organization for sponsorship.

I have been playing and watching League of Legends since season 1. I coach individuals and teams which has led to me becoming a manger. With my experience in leadership and understanding of the game I am a good choice as a team manager. I understand the dynamics of a team (I have been apart of many). I understand how to promote an organization (I did that in high school and college).

tldr: My goal is help get teams into tournaments, increase their fan base, and get sponsored. Lead social media outlets, stream and all other marketing content. At the moment I am looking to manage new teams and either bring them into Hi-Fi Gaming or another organization that would fit the needs/desires of said team. A team needs resources and I want to help teams get those.
