Support Main looking to assist a team to victory

I'm a silver 3 support main looking for a home. It's rather difficult to succeed in solo que as a support main because league players tend to be critical without being constructive. It's important to understand that supporting isn't only the support's role its the entire team's duty to support each other to victory. I've been playing since season 1 and I'm ready to find a team . I play all support characters and my secondary role is mid. What I can offer the team is positive affirmation and mediation of conflict when there are disagreements. I believe it's important for everyone to express their opinions and we can all agree on a solution to resolving conflict. I have much more to write and many ideas.
