LF Team or Community to Join

Hey guys so I have been looking for awhile now to join a team and even tried to start my own team a few times. Nothing ever follows through so I am looking for a ranked team (pref bronze/silver) to join and compete with. Information about me: -Bronze 5 -Silver 3 (last season) -ADC/Supp/Mid -Large champ pool -friendly -have a mic -all forms of voice comms -available every day
