In Need of Diamond+ Players to play with

all of my friends do not take the game seriously so I cannot get any practice by playing with them. I feel like my skill is deteriorating slowly in diamond 5. It's amazing how different one rank up makes when it comes to the teams you go against and the teammates you are placed with. I am really sad I never have any serious play time or anything.
