S2 player LF Duo Q partner or team

**Looking for duo queue partner to finish out silver, also finding a team would be nice. **

I'm currently silver 2, would like help getting further. I've been playing the game since season 2 but I wasn't as into it as I am this year. I'm turning 21 years old this year, and at a point in my life where I have nothing but free time to improve. I've had issues in the past where I've started teams with people but I was the only one dedicated to keep going.

My confidant roles are Carry, **Support **and Top. I used to be a jungle main, but I've become a has been as a jungler, I couldn't keep up.

Someone who can help me improve is welcome, I'm already very knowledgeable about the game but I need help executing with my knowledge sometimes. I'm not as polished as I should be and I recognize that.

I'm online everyday from noon to 2am Eastern US time, if you don't see me on league I can be messaged on skype whenever to get on.

Strengths: Hungry to improve myself, Studies the game a lot, Flexible schedule, years of moba experience

Weaknesses: I get salty when things get bad (I don't flame my teammates though), I'm not as aggressive of a player as I used to be (I tend to play safe and emerge late game but this means I don't capitalize as hard on mistakes as I should),
