I consider myself a good player i dropped to bronze to see how the competition is but now i cant climb up all mainly bcos im teamed with players with bad playing sense. I know i put myself in this mess but i really need to climb outa bronze

You can play on a Bronze/Silver smurf. I didn't duo with anyone on mine but you easily could duo with a Bronze and take them up to Diamond if you're a high Diamond/Master/Challenger player. People do it with their gfs/streamers all the time. It's perfectly within the rules set by Riot and is not considered boosting.
