Need help getting to Gold :^(

I'm Silver 1 with 30ish LP and I would love some help getting to Gold. Its not that I cant get there solo, but I've been getting the worst luck with teams that just give up. Someone smurfing through Silver or is higher elo that is willing to help me that would be AMAZING! <3 Add IGN: Police Box
