Looking for teammates for semi serious team, average high gold ranking, playing in 30 min

We play ranked 5s, were all generally around gold 3 to gold 1 rank we win games when were grouped on skype pretty ez, but we lost a few teammates and im looking to find some solid skilled players who are willing to communicate and are generally on quite a bit, at least on the weekends.
