Greetings and welcome summoners to the AV Singularity recruitment post. AV Singularity is part of Avail, a gaming community with 7 other League of Legends teams. I am responsible for establishing a semi-competitive League of Legends team that will uphold a consistent practice regiment. My goal is for this team to be long lasting and climb/practice through the FlexQ system and Scrims. Eventually after the team has reached a consistent high level of play we will start doing online tournaments. This team will be highly organized in terms of practice, team review and structure. If you are not able to fully commit to this team, then please do not waste my, the team's or your own. Also, If you are unable to take criticism or expect this team to be flawless from the start. Please don’t bother applying because this will be a growing exercise.

**Q: **How much influence does my rank rating have? **A: **Your rating doesn’t have that great of an impact, but we do ask that you have at-least a rating of Plat V or higher this season. Eventually the baseline rank will increase as the season progresses.
**Q: **What is the age requirement? **A: **The age requirement of this team is 18+. The reason for this requirement is because the team doesn’t need to be filled with children who have to listen to their parents or follow a strict home schedule.
**Q: **What if I don’t have the strongest understanding of League of Legends team play? A: Your current knowledge of team play isn’t the greatest concern as the point of this team is to gather an equally skilled group of players and gradually increase everyone’s knowledge in the aspect of team play.
Q: Does or will the team have any kind of sponsorship or funding in the future? A: The team is currently under the Avail E-sport banner, currently Avail is only a gaming community, but will hopefully grow into much more. Other than that, team does not currently have any form of monetary sponsorship or any plans in the immediate future. This is something that shouldn’t be considered until a certain level of success has been acquired via tournaments or publicity.
Q: Do we need to Stream our games? A: Streaming isn’t required, but it is very appreciated as it make analyzing the games much easier. The Avail discord also has text channels dedicated specifically to sharing stream links to its many members.
