Looking for team to reach Gold (I'm ADC)

I'm looking for a team to reach gold before season ends next week, I just want that morg skin so bad :c I'm Silver V right now in solo Q, but im pretty good as ADC with jinx, you can check my history: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/218472458

I have no games played in ranked team 5v5, so i think is a little bit easier to reach gold in my.. first 5 test positioning games (or however that's called). I pref Silver+ players, just give me an oportunity :c
