Team Reppy Academy looking for statistical and position analysts

Individual Analyst: As an Individual Analyst you will watch the micro mistakes we make as players. You are a specialist in whatever lane/role you will be watching and understand it extensively. You will be able to recognize and relay all the problems we have as individual players and what we can do differently to improve. Working with the Head Analyst and Head Coach to find a solution to these problems. Your main focus will be on specific players and on the micro or small decisions we make throughout the game.

Statistical Analyst: the main role of a Statistical Analyst is to run through the math on whats good, why it is good, and literally run the numbers so we can be playing at the peak of our potential. Your main goal is to run the numbers with all the patches You will work with the Head Coach to develop item builds to go with specific champions and game strategy. You will also have to run through the statistics of teams we may be playing against and provide easily relatable data on them. The Head Coach will have the final say but your role as a Statistical Analyst is vital for a team to really improve drastically.
