ADC Smurf looking for Duo to reach High Plat/Diamond (Currently G5)

I'm looking for a solid player to duo with, support or mid main is preferred. Must have voice coms, specifically curse voice or skype. Rank isn't super important but I would prefer someone with at least mid gold level mechanics/game knowledge, smurfs also welcome.

I main ADC and my primary account is currently ranked Plat II. Highest rank I have ever achieved is Plat I. Currently on a Gold1 account and looking to move up the ranks a bit more easily.

My primary champs are Lucian, Graves, and Jinx but I can play all of the ADC quite well.

wuskin plat 5, highest i've reached is diamond 4. Main adc>jungle>support but wouldn't mind supporting a consistent adc to climb with.
